Emma tracks and analyzes legislative and regulatory developments under emerging state, national, and federal environmental initiatives, with a special focus in EPR packaging and paper laws. Emma's areas of expertise include SB 54, California's EPR packaging law and associated developing regulations, with an emphasis on source reduction and labeling requirements.

Emma manages the EPR packaging training program at EGC, including the preparation and presentation of materials for internal training purposes and for client presentations. She is an active member of National Stewardship Action Council's SB 54 Implementation Working Group Committee and is EGC's liaison with the Product Stewardship Institute.

Emma graduated with highest distinction from the University of California at Berkeley, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy.
