EMMA ROOS-COLLINS

Emma's areas of expertise include SB 54, California's EPR packaging law and associated developing regulations, with an emphasis on source reduction and labeling requirements.

Emma manages the EPR packaging training program at EGC, including the preparation and presentation of materials for internal training purposes and for client presentations. She is an active member of National Stewardship Action Council's EPR Packaging Group Committee. Emma also serves as a Senior Policy Advisor for EPR Group Consulting, Inc. where she is a trusted advisor to her clients on a wide range of issues arising under the EPR packaging laws on a nation-wide basis.

Emma graduated with highest distinction from the University of California at Berkeley, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics and Policy.
