As a Legal Intern, Alex provides general support for EGC attorneys with a wide variety of tasks including legal research and document review/preparation. He is a recent graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. While at Pitt, he was a member of the Energy and Environmental Law Society (EELS), served as President of the Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA) and as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Student Advisory Council. He is experienced with a variety of legal research databases such as: Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg. He also has experience working directly with clients via Pitt’s Taxpayer Clinic where he conducted client interviews, did legal research, prepared documents, and participated in negotiations with IRS counsel on clients’ behalf.


Prior to joining EGC, Alex interned with The Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh where he assisted on matters relating to Employment Law and OSHA/CDC compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also interned with a Barrister firm in London’s King’s Bench Walk, one of the four Inns of Court. While in the UK, he gained experience with Copyright Infringement cases and SEO Marketing.


Alex has also worked as a Site Supervisor for Cal Rec Sports and as Swim Lessons Coordinator for Cal Youth Camps. In this capacity, he helped recreate a comprehensive swim instructor training program, organized camp lessons, and oversaw the day-to-day lessons.
